Dsrtrose's Forever Your Girl
Paula is one of my most loved cockers here at Desertrose. She is a sweetheart - getting along with any of my other dogs and loving people. She has a calm nature and is a real joy to live with. Paula was shown as a puppy in the 6-9 mos class and did very well her first time out - taking 2nd in a class of six at the Bay Cities Cocker Spaniel Club Specialty in 2003 under Judge B.G. Speich - Owner Handled. I just didn't have the time or available funds to continue with her to finish back then. Wish I had.

When the litter Paula was born in was whelped - American Idol was going strong on TV and I was really enjoying the contestants. So I decided to name the whole litter after people on the show and use some of their songs for the dogs songs. So Paula is named after one of the Idol Judges "Paula Abdul" and the song I chose of Paula's was "Forever Your Girl" - as I never intend to part with my girl Paula. : )
